Epi Info™ is a suite of free software tools from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for public health professionals. It allows users to create custom data entry forms, enter and manage data, and perform a wide range of epidemiologic analyses, including statistics, graphs, and maps. It is widely used for outbreak investigations and public health surveillance. Note: The CDC will be phasing out support for Epi Info after September 2025.
